Joel PerlmanJoel is the Co-founder and Senior Managing Director of OakNorth, a groundbreaking digital bank designed for entrepreneurs. It has also achieved remarkable financial success, with profits exceeding £187 million in 2023.
Before OakNorth, Joel co-founded Copal Partners, a financial research company launched with just $60k. Over 12 years, he scaled it to a 3,000-employee global organization before selling it to Moody’s Corporation and delivering an extraordinary 200x return to seed investors.
Alex CheatleAlex Cheatle is the CEO and Founder of Ten Lifestyle Group, a London Stock Exchange-listed company and the first AIM-listed B Corp. Alex is also the founder of The Key Support Services, an advisory service for school leaders and governors in the UK. Additionally, he has extensive experience moderating forums and structured learning dinners for Helm and YPO, fostering growth among fellow entrepreneurs.

Cancellations: We kindly ask that members only sign up for events that they are certain they can attend. If you’re unable to attend an event, please contact the Events Team at least 72 hours in advance, or as soon as possible in case of an emergency. If an emergency does happen, please reach out to your contacts in the Helm network and offer your place to them.
Remember, cancelling an event or not showing up means that another member may miss out on a unique opportunity, as well as there being a financial cost to Helm for the venue hire and staff time.
